1. Services and scope

Neonex Solutions provides website development, automation, technical consulting, and related digital services. Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines are defined in a separate written proposal, agreement, or invoice.

2. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for supplying timely feedback, necessary access, accurate project information, and any required content or approvals needed to complete the work.

3. Payment terms

Payment schedules are defined in the applicable proposal or invoice. Late payments may delay work, handoff, deployment, or ongoing support until the balance is resolved.

4. Revisions and changes

Reasonable revisions may be included based on the agreed scope. Requests that materially expand the project may require a revised timeline, additional fees, or a separate statement of work.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients receive rights to the final approved deliverables after full payment. Neonex Solutions may retain ownership of internal methods, working files, reusable systems, and pre-existing materials.

6. Third-party tools and services

Projects may involve third-party platforms, hosting providers, APIs, plugins, or software. Neonex Solutions is not responsible for service interruptions, pricing changes, or policy changes made by third parties.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neonex Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its website or services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement according to the written agreement governing that project. Any completed work, approved milestones, or non-refundable expenses remain payable.
